do you think date rape is justifiable? :-[

I think that everyone has a right to make their own decisions and when anyone violates your right of choice by forcing you into anything then it is wrong. Rape no matter the situation( during a date/hijaking or within marriage), is wrong and should be blamed on the perpetrator and not the victim regardless of gender or age. Low self control is perpetrator's fault not the victims

How do women convince judges they were raped? It might be a bit trickier but not impossible. For chicks they report it and a sample of the semen in her vaginal track is tested to check DNA, for a guy ad guess he should have the mucousor on his penis be tested after he files the charges but even with these facts not many men are willing to admit they were raped by women so it kind of saves us the heartache of ways to prove they are victims unless they are small boys.
